Thank you for supporting Waves Rise. Every order directly supports pediatric cancer research and care, and we are grateful for your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand (such as book launches, events, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after shipment (if available at checkout)
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and package size.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
Giving Back
A percentage of proceeds from each book sold supports UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. This giving commitment is independent of shipping or returns.
