Thank you for your support of Waves Rise. Because this is a mission-driven project and books are produced and fulfilled in limited quantities, we ask that you review the policy below carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Because books are produced and fulfilled in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Event or Bulk Orders
Bulk or event-related purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wavesrisebook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement copy at no additional cost, or

A full refund to your original payment method
Missing or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at info@wavesrisebook.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Giving Back
A percentage of proceeds from each book sold supports UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. This giving commitment is independent of shipping or returns.
